Ever dreamed of waking up in one of the most beautiful spots on the Grevelingen with the North Sea in your backyard? When you enter this apartment, you will enjoy the most stunning view there is. The marina is only 10 meters away from your terrace, which is equipped with luxurious garden furniture and an awning. Sitting on the sofa with a lovely glass of wine, you can gaze at the beauty of the harbor waters, with yachts and sailboats gliding by.
You reach the apartment's entrance through the front door, located at the rear of the building.
From the living room, you have a beautiful view of the harbor of Ouddorp. Through the living room, you have access to the terrace via French doors, allowing you to stroll along the harbor; you can't get any closer to a terrace on the Grevelingenmeer.
Upon entering the apartment, located at the Port Marine marina on the Kabbelaarsbank, you will find a storage room to the left of the front door, where you can store your bikes or other belongings. Here you will also find the cushions for the garden set that is on the terrace. To the right, you have an unobstructed view of the marina, and in front of you to the left is one of the buildings belonging to the marina.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor. This is a bedroom without a door for 2 people; if you value privacy, this might be a drawback. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom cabinet, and a toilet; there is no separate shower in this bathroom.
In the hallway on the ground floor, there is a small refrigerator, as well as a wardrobe space and a seating area for 2 people. Behind the first interior door in the hallway, to the left, is a room housing the washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner.
A bit further on, you reach the living area via a short, wide staircase, where you can relax on the large leather sofa and leather armchair. A large television hangs on the wall, and there is a dining table for 8 people. Here you will also find the spacious kitchen with an island, equipped with an induction hob and 4 bar stools. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer drawers, and a Senseo coffee machine.
From the living area, you reach the top floor via a short, wide staircase, where there are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom for 2 people is directly to the right. This bedroom has a window overlooking the living area and can be darkened with blinds. A bit further on, there is a room with a bunk bed, suitable for 2 children, without windows. On this floor, there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a massage shower and washbasin. Through this bathroom, you enter the largest bedroom, equipped with a double box spring bed, plenty of storage space, and air conditioning. This bedroom has high-pile carpet; if you are allergic, this could be a problem.
The apartment is very suitable for a family with children due to its layout and its location next to the Center Parcs Port Zélande complex. You and your children can use all the activities and facilities (use of the Port Zélande swimming pool is subject to a fee).
There is ample parking; you only need to register with the harbor master. When you drive through the barriers, your license plate is registered, and when you report to the harbor master, you can use the parking spaces. You can unload your car upon arrival and load it again before departure, but for the rest of your stay, the car must be parked in the general parking spaces.

The location is unique; the apartment is beautifully situated in one of the most beautiful locations in Zeeland, with the Grevelingenmeer and the North Sea beach within walking distance. From the entrance, you have a view of the Brouwersdam with the North Sea behind it, where you can regularly spot seals. On the beaches, you can enjoy walking, cycling, surfing, diving, and swimming. Nearby, you will find numerous villages such as Ouddorp, Renesse, Brouwershaven, and Burgh-Haamstede, where you can shop to your heart's content. If you are a seafood lover, you can indulge in the many restaurants that serve mussels, oysters, and Oosterscheldekrab. Along the North Sea beaches, you will find various cozy beach bars such as Strandclub Zee, Natural High, Brouw, and Perry's.
